Within the store screen or migration screen, I can't tap the "Purchased" or "Free" buttons as they are in gray

If the "Purchase" or "Free" buttons appear in gray in the store or migration screens and you can't tap the buttons, it may be that in-app purchases are not available due to restrictions.

Please check restrictions with the following procedure.

If you are using iOS 12 or later

  • Within the "Settings" app, go to "Screen Time" > "Content & Privacy Restrictions" and if it is toggled on, go to "iTunes & App Store Purchases" > "In-app Purchases" and if it is set to "Don't Allow", select "Allow". Even if is set to "Allow", select "Don't Allow" once and then select "Allow" again.
  • Even if "Content & Privacy Restrictions" is toggled off, please follow the steps below and reset the setting.
  1. Toggle on "Content & Privacy Restrictions".
  2. Go to "iTunes & App Store Purchases" > "In-app Purchases", and if it is set to "Don't Allow", set to "Allow".
  3. Even if it is set to "Allow", select "Don't Allow" once and then set to "Allow" again.
  4. Toggle off "Content & Privacy Restrictions".
